I got a bunch of items from Dry-Dock Models and Parts I like to review within the next couple of weeks, starting with their premium boxwood blocks.

The overall look is a good compromise between the different contemporary drawings of blocks and looks especially great when rigged. Perfect and crisp in shape, without laser marks these are the best boxwood blocks you can get.

Much better then these clumsy pseudo CNC blocks from others.

Together with the Master Korabel Blocks I really like too it's great to have a wider range of block styles now. I can select from depending on the vessel to build. I like that 🙂

Get these great Blocks here: https://drydockmodelsandparts.com/collec...ood-blocks

It's the best to get Tony, much much better the the Syren blocks.

Next I like to show are the boxwood cleats I got. Hard to capture in all detail as they are so small but I guess I can tell the story.

No need to sand in shape, no need to remove laser char, just use them.

The only thing I miss to absolute perfection would be a drilled hole in the middle. But that might be just me :-)

It's astonishing what can be achieved nowadays. The level of accuracy and the precision at this scale are astonishing.

I really like this cotton rope. It's tight laid, good quality and i didn't think it would be so less fuzzy.

cheers
